Sec. 6-2-230. Number of optional premises.

There are no restrictions on the number of optional premises which any one (1) licensee may have. However, any licensee requesting approval of more than one (1) optional premises shall:
(1) Explain the reason for each optional premises requested;
(2) Demonstrate how the optional premises relate to each other from an operational standpoint; and
(3) Demonstrate the need for each optional premises in relationship to the outdoor sport and recreational facility and its guests. (Prior code 5.16.030)
