Four (4) Councilpersons shall be a quorum for the transaction of business at all regular and special meetings. In the absence of a quorum, a lesser number may continue any meeting to a later time or date. In the absence of all Council members, the Town Clerk may continue any meeting for not longer than one (1) week. (Amended 4/3/79; 11/4/08)
