Sec. 6-1-70. Legal compliance required.

Each licensee shall be required to:
(1) Ascertain and at all times comply with all laws and regulations applicable to such licensed business.
(2) Refrain from all illegal or unlawful practices or conditions which do or may affect the public health, safety, morals or welfare.
(3) Refrain from operating the licensed business or premises after expiration of his or her license and during the period his or her license is revoked or suspended. (Prior code 5.04.070; Ord. 1578 §1 (Exh. A), 2023)
