It shall be unlawful for any person, including but not limited to an owner, occupant, builder, contractor or subcontractor to violate any of the provisions of this Chapter or of the approved CMP as required by the Manual. A violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter or the approved CMP shall constitute a misdemeanor, punishable upon conviction by a penalty as set forth in Section 1-4-10(a)(1) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day or portion thereof that the violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter or the CMP occurs or continues unabated after the time limit set for abatement of the violation. As well, the Town may seek an injunction requiring complete restoration of any area disturbed in violation of the requirements contained herein, or the approved CMP. The Town may also issue stop work orders, withhold any further permits for site development, and cease the processing of any site development applications related to the property, project or owner that violates provisions of this Chapter or the approved CMP.
