Construction and development shall comply with the requirements of the Town Council adopted Town of Telluride Construction Mitigation Plan Manual (“Manual”). The Town Council may amend this document from time to time through placing consideration of amendments to the Manual as an action item on the Town Council agenda. (Ord. 1296 §1, 2008)
