Violation by any person of any of the provisions of this Article or of any permit condition shall constitute a misdemeanor, which may be punished upon conviction by a maximum penalty as provided for in Paragraph 1-4-10(a)(1) of this Code. (Prior code 12.12.080; Ord. 1288 §1, 2008)
