The Town Council at a regular or special meeting may remove the Town Manager from office. Upon such removal the Town Council may in its discretion provide termination pay. The Manager may request a hearing before the Council concerning his or her dismissal. At the conclusion of such hearing, the Council shall make final determination to dismiss or reinstate the Manager.
