Sec. 7-8-60. Miscellaneous plastic provisions.
This section is included in your selections.
No business or commercial establishment shall sell or otherwise offer or provide any of the following plastic products:
(a) Toothpicks wrapped in plastic.
(b) Cotton swabs made with plastic.
(c) Any single-use condiment packages served in plastic, such as, but not limited to, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, aioli, wasabi, soy sauce, sriracha, salsa, tartar sauce, or any salad dressing flavor of any kind.
