No business or commercial establishment shall sell or otherwise offer or provide prepared food on or in any container that contains plastics, including polystyrene products, also known in certain nomenclature as the trademarked name of Styrofoam®, which includes, but is not limited to, plates, cups, bowls, trays, cartons and hinged or lidded containers of any kind.
