(a) Violation of any of the provisions of this Division shall be a misdemeanor, punishable as set forth in Section 1-4-10(a)(1) of this Code.

(b) Violations or noncompliance with any permit condition or provision of this Division may also result in up to a one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) fine per day of violation and/or immediate suspension or revocation of any permit by the Town Manager. (Ord. 1466 § 3 (Exh. A), 2018)
