Sec. 7-6-320. Purchase of licenses and fee.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) Licenses may be purchased from the Town.
(b) The license fee shall be established and, from time to time modified, by resolution of the Town Council.
(c) Prior to issuance of a license, the owner shall pay the license fee to the Town.
(d) Prior to the issuance of a license for any dog, the owner shall pay all outstanding default judgments for violations of this Article. (Prior code 6.12.020)
