The Department is directed to forward this Article to the Division of Administration of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment for inclusion in the comprehensive state implementation plan, pursuant to Section 25-7-128(1), C.R.S.; for administration of the local regulations as part of the state plan, pursuant to Section 25-7-111, C.R.S.; and for enforcement of the local regulations as part of the state plan, pursuant to Section 25-7-115, C.R.S.
