(a) Funds collected from the emergency telephone charge imposed pursuant to this Article shall be credited to a cash fund, apart from the Town’s General Fund, for expenditure pursuant to Section 5-2-30 above.

(b) Any moneys remaining in such cash fund shall remain therein and be carried over for payments during the next succeeding year. (Prior code 8.22.080)
