A separate fund of the Town, to be known as the Reserve Capital Improvement Fund, is created for the purpose of providing various capital improvements within or outside of the Town of Telluride, and other Town public purposes, including, but not limited to, improving transportation services, improving the Town’s wastewater treatment facility, the acquisition of property for and/or the construction of affordable or employee housing or for any other local, lawful or municipal purpose as determined by the Town Council.
