A separate fund of the Town, to be known as the Airline Guaranty Program Fund, is created into which there shall be deposited all tax moneys and revenues generated and collected from the imposition of the excise tax provided for in this Article. Moneys deposited into the Airline Guaranty Program Fund shall be recorded and accounted for separate and apart from all other Town funds, and shall not be intermingled or mixed with general or other tax revenues.
