The Public Art Commission shall consist of three (3) regular and two (2) alternate members, who shall be appointed by the Town Council. At least three (3) members shall be residents of the Town and two (2) members may be residents of the County. All members shall have been a resident of the County for not less than six (6) months at the time of their appointment. Two (2) of the regular members shall be an artist or art professional.
