Decisions of the Board may be reviewed by the District Court of San Miguel County. Such appeal shall be filed not later than thirty (30) days from the final action taken by the Board. Such appeal may be taken by any person aggrieved or by the Town Council or by the Building Official when authorized by the Town Council. (Prior code 15.50.260; Ord. 1296 §1, 2008)
