The Board shall keep official minutes of its hearings and other meetings, which shall be filed in the office of the Town Clerk; the files shall be of public record. All meetings shall be open and the public shall be permitted to attend and be heard on all matters. (Prior code 15.50.170; Ord. 1296 §1, 2008)
