Anyone owning, placing, using or leasing a newsrack on Town-owned or publicly owned property shall indemnify, defend and hold the Town and its officers and employees harmless for any loss or damage, including attorney’s fees, arising out of the use, placement, maintenance or leasing of such newsracks.
