Every ordinance shall be introduced in written or printed form. The enacting clause of all ordinances shall be: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TELLURIDE. Except as otherwise provided in this Charter, each ordinance shall take effect immediately on publication pursuant to Section 4.12 E. (Amended 4/3/79; 4/1/86)
