The determinations required by Subsections 4-6-220(f) and (g), Subsection 4-6-230(e), Section 4-6-250, Section 4-6-260, Section 4-6-290, Section 4-6-340 and Section 4-6-350 of this Article are final and conclusive unless they are clearly erroneous, arbitrary, capricious or contrary to law as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction.
