(a) No person who owns a vehicle which must be registered pursuant to Title 42, Article 3, C.R.S., and which either is not so registered or does not have attached thereto and displayed thereon the number plates assigned thereto by the Colorado Department of Revenue for the current registration year, shall permit the vehicle to be operated or parked on any right-of-way in the Town.

(b) No person shall operate or park such a vehicle on any right-of-way in the Town.

(c) Such a vehicle on any right-of-way in the Town may be impounded under Section 8-3-30(13) of this Chapter. (Ord. 1513 §1 (Exh. A), 2020)
