Sec. 7-5-570. Burning refuse.
This section is included in your selections.
No person shall burn any recoverable resources or refuse within the Town limits, unless:
(1) The refuse is a paper or wood product and is burned in a wood stove; or
(2) The person has a permit from the Town Manager to burn the refuse. (Prior code 7.20.070)
