No person who owns or occupies premises whereon there is any recoverable resources and refuse and no actual producer of any recoverable resources or refuse shall fail to remove the recoverable resources and/or refuse from the Town, as required by Sections 7-5-10, 7-5-20 and 7-5-190 of this Article. It is not a defense to a prosecution under this Section that the recoverable resources or refuse was enclosed in an appropriate container. (Prior code 7.20.040; Ord. 1351, 2011)
