If the bill for collection services has not been paid by the due date, the Town may elect any one (1) or more of the remedies set out in this Division, as well as any others that are available under the law. The Town Council declares that the remedy set out in Section 7-5-410 below for terminating collection service is the least desirable due to administrative costs and due to the potential health hazards and the detriments to aesthetics from possible accumulation of uncollected recoverable resources and refuse.
