Sec. 7-5-180. Schedule.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) The Town Manager, after giving notice in a local newspaper of general circulation not less than seven (7) days in advance, may announce the establishment or changing of:
(1) Recoverable resources and refuse collection days; and
(2) The number of collections per week.
(b) The Town Manager may announce different days and numbers of collection days per week for different classes of recoverable resources and refuse collection customers (for example, those on residential premises or commercial premises, or those having different numbers or sizes of containers, receptacles or Dumpsters).
