Sec. 7-5-160. Recoverable resources and refuse placement on collection days.

Poly-carts, recycling receptacles, wildlife-resistant refuse containers, and recoverable resources, which are not Dumpsters, shall be placed by 7:30 a.m. on the day of collection at the collection location. Such containers, poly-carts and recycling receptacles shall be removed by 7:30 p.m. of the collection day. The collection route shall be determined by the Town Manager and the contract refuse or recyclable material collector. (Prior code 7.12.060; Ord. 1351, 2011)
