Any person, upon conviction of a violation of any provision of this Article, except Sections 7-2-20 and 7-2-40, shall be subject to a maximum penalty as set forth in Section 1-4-10(a)(1) of this Code for each separate offense, and may be enjoined from any further or continued violation of this Article.
