Any person aggrieved by an alleged public nuisance may complain of it to the Town Manager, Building Official, Town Marshal, Town Attorney or any other Town official. All such complaints shall be in writing. A complaint shall state, to the extent of the complainant’s knowledge:

(1) The nature of the alleged public nuisance;

(2) The location of the public nuisance, including the street address, the name and address of the owner, and the names and addresses of the owner’s agent as to the premises and of the occupant thereof; and

(3) The name and address of the complainant, and how the complainant is aggrieved by the alleged public nuisance. (Prior code 8.04.030)
