(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, give, deliver or furnish any tobacco product to anyone who has not reached twenty-one (21) years of age.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to permit or allow the person’s agent, servant, officer or employee to sell, give, deliver or furnish any tobacco product to anyone who has not reached twenty-one (21) years of age. (Ord. 1499 §1 (Exh. A), 2020)
