Sec. 6-5-302. Classes of medical marijuana licenses.

The Authority may issue the following licenses for medical marijuana facilities, granting the privileges described in Article 43.3 of Title 12, C.R.S., subject to the requirements, conditions, qualifications, and limitations set forth in this Article:
(a) Medical marijuana center license;
(b) Optional premises cultivation license; and
(c) Medical marijuana infused products manufacturing license. (Ord. 1348, 2011; Ord. 1463 §4, 2018)
