(1) Violation of any of the provisions of this Article shall be a misdemeanor, punishable as set forth in Section 1-4-10(a)(1) of this Code.

(2) Violations or noncompliance with any permit condition or provision of this Article may also result in up to a one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) fine per day of violation and/or immediate suspension or revocation of any vending permit by the Town Clerk, subject to the right of hearing within three (3) business days after any such suspension upon request of the permit holder.
