The proceeds of all admissions fees collected by the Town shall be deposited into the General Fund. Town Council shall allocate the annual revenue to the designated purposes above in Sec. 6-3-20 through annual appropriations, with priority toward recoupment of law enforcement costs and capital improvements related to the festival facilities.
