The State of Colorado liquor laws authorize takeout and delivery of alcohol beverages under CRS 44-3-911 and CCR 203-2, Regulation 47-1101: Delivery and Takeout Sales On-Premises Licensees. Licensees issued a takeout or delivery permit from the State of Colorado shall promptly provide a copy of such permit to the local licensing authority. (Ord. 1549 §1, 2022)
