A sign, provided by the Town, must be posted on the premises for ten (10) days prior to hearing and action by the Authority for modification of premises applications consisting of substantive changes to the premises, including but not limited to use of public rights-of-way, use of outdoor spaces and any use of loudspeakers or amplified music on an outdoor premises.
