(a) All moneys deposited into the Affordable Housing Fund as a result of this affordable housing short-term rental tax shall, subject to duly adopted appropriation made by the Town Council from year to year, be expended exclusively to fund and finance the development and preservation of affordable housing, including the acquisition of land therefor.
