The tax levied by this Article is due monthly commencing thirty (30) days from the effective date of Ordinance No. 322, 1976. For purposes of computing the monthly payment, the number of telephone accounts for which local exchange telephone service is provided within the Town is that number of accounts on the subscriber list of the telephone utility on the effective date of said ordinance and updated every month thereafter.
