Any remedies provided for in this Article are cumulative and not exclusive and are in addition to any other remedies provided by law. Violation by any person of any of the provisions of this Article shall constitute a misdemeanor and is punishable by a maximum penalty as set forth in Paragraph 1-4-10(a)(1) of this Code.
