Sec. 2-7-30. Terms; term limits; vacancies.

(a) Terms shall be for two (2) years.
(b) Members shall serve as a regular member for no more than eight (8) consecutive years. Members that serve as a regular member for eight consecutive years shall be eligible to reapply for a regular seat on the Commission after a period of two years. Term limits shall not apply to alternate seats.
(c) Vacancies for unexpired terms shall be filled pursuant to Section 2-5-30 of this Code. (Prior code 2.12.030; Ord. 1585 §1 (Exh. D), 2024)
