Town officials and employees are encouraged to disclose the possibility of any potential or actual conflict of interest at the earliest possible time, so as to facilitate attendance of alternates and the reassignment of responsibilities as appropriate. In determining whether a potential or actual conflict of interest exists or whether disclosure of such interest is required, Town officials are encouraged to seek the advice of the Town Attorney.
