The Town shall be entitled to maintain any action at law or in equity, including the pursuit of a civil or criminal action with state or local law, and to recover actual, compensatory, consequential and/or punitive damages and costs, including attorney’s fees or the value of salaried attorney’s time, from any Town official who knowingly violates any provisions of this Article.
