(a) The Ethics Commission shall be comprised of seven (7) regular members and three (3) alternates, each of whom shall be a resident of the Town for at least six months at the time of their appointment.

(b) One (1) regular member shall be elected annually by majority vote of, and from the membership of, each of the following Town boards or commissions: Planning and Zoning Commission, Commission for Community Assistance, Arts and Special Events, Historic and Architectural Review Commission, Open Space Commission, and Parks & Recreation Commission. Two (2) regular members and three (3) alternate members shall be elected from the public at large by majority vote of the Town Council. (Prior code 4.18.170; Ord. 1585 §1 (Exh. A), 2024)
