(a) Executive session. Subcommittees of the Town Council which are appointed to review and consider personnel matters relating to and including the hiring, supervision, evaluation or firing of the Municipal Judge, Town Manager and Town Attorney, are hereby authorized to hold executive sessions solely for such purposes.

(b) Procedure. All regular, special and emergency meetings of a Town Council subcommittee considering a personnel matter shall be open to the public, who shall have a reasonable opportunity to be heard, except that at any meeting of such subcommittee, the meeting may be recessed by a motion and majority vote of the subcommittee members present in order to hold an executive session for such items as set forth in the motion. The session shall thereupon be closed to the public for the purposes of considering personnel matters, including and limited solely to the hiring, supervision, evaluation and firing of the Municipal Judge, Town Manager and Town Attorney.

(c) Notice. Town Council subcommittee meetings shall be preceded by public notice at least three (3) days in advance of the meeting, which notice shall contain an agenda of items to be considered. (Prior code 2.25.010, 2.25.020, 2.25.030)
