Pursuant to Section 32-1-1002(1)(d), C.R.S., which authorizes the adoption and enforcement of fire codes by fire protection districts within the boundaries of a municipality upon the consent of the municipality, the Town Council does hereby empower and delegate to the Telluride Fire Protection District the adoption, administration and enforcement of the International Fire Code within the Town. Permits as required by the Fire District shall be as set forth in an adopted permit fee schedule. (Ord. 1502 §1, 2020)
