(a) The IPC may be administered and inspections done by the Town of Mountain Village for the Town of Telluride as provided for in a reciprocal intergovernmental agreement.

(b) If the Town of Mountain Village is not administering or inspecting plumbing per the requirements of the IPC, the Town of Telluride will designate the responsible entity for such inspections, and administration will be as provided for in the IPC.

(c) If the Town of Mountain Village is charged with the plumbing inspections by the Town of Telluride, all fees and administrative procedures will originate with the Town of Mountain Village. The Building Official for the Town of Telluride will co-administer and assist with supervision of plumbing inspections in the Town of Telluride.

(d) Plumbing for hot tubs shall include a drain that is connected to the wastewater system on the property. Discharging via roof drains or other drains onto the street or into the groundwater is not acceptable and is illegal from a CWA standpoint.

(e) Remove Table 604.4 and replace with:
