All Board members shall be appointed by majority vote of the Town Council. All appointments shall be for two-year terms staggered so that approximately one-half (½) of the terms expire each year. When a vacancy occurs prior to the end of the term, the Town Council shall fill such vacancy in the same manner as a regular appointment. (Prior code 15.50.060; Ord. 1296 §1, 2008)
