The Board shall not have original jurisdiction on any matter where such jurisdiction has been vested in the Building Official or Fire Marshal for the Telluride Fire Protection District. The Board shall have no authority regarding interpretations of the administrative provisions of any of the uniform codes adopted and incorporated into this Title 15, nor shall the Board be empowered to waive requirements or grant variances of any uniform code, regulation or municipal ordinance.
