Any person, upon conviction of a violation of any provisions of this Chapter, shall be subject to the maximum penalty as provided for in Paragraph 1-4-10(a)(1) of this Code. The person may also be enjoined from any further or continued violation of this Chapter. Each day during which violation of this Chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate and distinct offense under this Chapter. (Prior code 8.21.080; Ord. 1296 §1, 2008)
