The Public Works Director or designee is hereby authorized to devise, implement and enforce design standards and construction specifications as he or she deems necessary and reasonable governing the construction and installation of public and private improvements and infrastructure within the Town, including, without limitation, streets and street access, sidewalks and other public ways, water, sewer and storm drainage systems and structures, parking areas and retaining structures. The design standards and construction specifications shall be used to guide and review subdivisions and planned unit development (PUD) planning and development approval.
