The Town of Telluride (“Town”) hereby adopts and incorporates herein by reference as the building code of the Town the International Building Code, 2018 Edition (“IBC”), published by the International Code Council, Inc., 4051 Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills, IL 60478, except as otherwise provided by amendment or deletion as contained in Section 15-1-30 and the following appendices: Appendix G, Flood Resistant Construction.
